Our office reflects the diversity of our community. Classere Augustin is originally from Haiti where they speak French and Creole. Jessica , our customer service associate, is fluent in both Spanish and English. Misty, as our office manager, has over 12 years experience in helping customers preparing for the unexpected. She is very friendly, professional, and great to work with. Misty is also a proud mom who enjoys spending quality time with her family and her dogs. Reading is by far her favorite hobby. Last but not least is Ibrahima Diakite. He is originally from Guinea and fluent in French. He is licensed and passionate about helping others. He is a leader in term of customer service.
