"Started a online policy and was assigned a local agent. Local agent texts me asking me to sign document. Doesn't tell me where, if it's through the office, the website, traditional mail, if they were sending a link or email. I didn't see anything on my online account or in the email. The next day I received a text telling me to sign before the link expired. I return the text to let them know I did not receive a link. They return with "if my email is correct, it should be there". It was not in my inbox but it was in my spam. I let them know and to be more thorough when telling someone to do something like that because it could have been sent multiple ways. I signed the document which the link was good for a week. He did not respond. Going to see about getting a new agent. This person is not who I want to deal with."
